Big Horn Edition??
I did some searching on this site about this question, but it didn't explain what I saw yesterday.
I passed (what looked like) a new Quad Cab Dodge Ram Pickup that, in place of the 1500 label said, "BIGHORN Edition" in Gold letters, about the same size as the normal logo. It was totally monocromatic in color, kind of a coppery-bronze color. Is this another attempt to capitalize on old names? (the old Dodge BigHorn Tractors)? |
RE: Big Horn Edition??
I dont think it is, it's just an apperance package like the thunder roads.

RE: Big Horn Edition??
Maybe...
I saw another one sitting at a Chry/Dodge/Jeep dealer near work. It has to be a trim option, since the grill pattern looks a little different. Only a chrysler enthusist would remember that name ! |
RE: Big Horn Edition??
Its just an option package. Goto dodge.com and build one, you'll see the option there.

RE: Big Horn Edition??
The big horn was the last class 8 truck built by dodge. There was a pickup by that name also. It was a trim package.[sm=americanasmiley.gif]

RE: Big Horn Edition??
Just an appearance Package, you can get the Sport Package at a discount with the Big Horn Edition, because a lot of what is found on the Sport is in the Big Horn Edition. The Package comes with 20s, 3.92 Rear, and a couple of other things, I can't remember exactly which, but the truck I'm probably getting is the Big Horn Edition.
