I don't a lot of money and I would like to have a neon. They remind of 2001 Subaru and I would to know what is a good year?

if your looking for a bang for your buck, the new SRT-4 is deffenetly the way to go, its 6 grand less then a WRX, 10 grand less then a EVO VIII and faster then both. 19995 is a good price to pay for performance

03's are but i wouldnt get an 04
