Default "clacking" noise coming from engine area

Here we go again! This truck is a proven lemon...now with 15,000 miles on it, I am getting a "clacking" noise at and above 55mph. Anyone think they know what this might be?? Sounds like valves, but the look on the mechanic's face when we drove it makes it seem like much worse. Give me a guess and I'll post what it really happens to be when I hear the diagnosis. Unbelievable!! Damn Dodge piece of you know what. I don't know what else is worse than being built on a Friday...being built by children?
