The instrument panel on my 94 Dakota isn't working. All fuses and relays are good. I checked the instrument panel fuse for power and it wasn't receiving any from the battery. I tried tracing the wire from the instrument panel fuse back to the battery but it only lead to the wiring harness, i'm not sure where it go's from there. The Hanes repair manual wiring diagram shows that there is a fusible link going to the instrument cluster but it doesn't say where it's at. Suggestions? Any replies are appreciated
