Have you checked to make sure your relay's are all well connected and the wires aren't lose behind the switch?
I'll consult some of the mechanics at the dealership to see if they recommend anything. Do you, QuadRam, know what the dealer checked on? ~Amanda |

There must be little problem with big results in your headlights switch unit.As I know, you can activate the dome lights in the ī03 model, too. isnīt it?If so, there maybe two problems: 1. The complete unit isnīt ok, because there is a shortcut in the platines. I bet they didnīt checked it inside and (Murphyīs Law) they hadnīt any problems during their search.2. Remove the switching section yourself and check every single cable on scratches in the insolation.Theyīre really packed together, so the chance of sticking together and rub each other is great. A problem after thisthree cable-strings (Headlights/domelights/dashlights)is uncommon, cause theirīre splitting in different ways. The only hot spot in this case is the switching unit or the next 15"along the cable-string. Greetings, DODGE Germany, Michael
Let me know, please, if Iīm right.
|
