If you put them side by side the first two pics are darker. IMO, both beautiful colored cars. I was just curious.

hmm...i think that those actually are the same color, but as light hits it in different ways, it looks darker....also, one of them could be an earlier picture, with sort of an mock up paint?

Sorry for the confusion silvercoupe97. The polling for favorite Charger Daytona classic muscle car color was done a few days after the introduction of the current 2006 Dodge Charger Daytona. So Plum Crazy did make it to the top of the list, but after the initial showing. Again, I am unaware at this point if Plum Crazy will be a choice for consumers in the near future. Although you are more than welcome to continue checking the Dodge website or contacting us here at the Dodge Information Center. We consistently receive updated information on all Dodge vehicles. I hope I’ve been a help and if you have any other questions, comments or suggestion, please let me know.

Thanks again,

So about what time frame will Dodge announce the next heritage colors? It had better be Plum Crazy too because my wife got wind of this being a possible color and said we can't get a Charger until purple comes out. This would be a good marketing color for women to buy this car. So make it happen by next spring!

Hello t0973mf,

At this time Dodge hasn’t announced when they are going to reveal the next heritage color that’s going to be available. What I would suggest is staying in contact with us at the Dodge Information Center, or visiting Dodge.com for updates. I do apologize that I couldn’t provide you with any other information at this time, but if anyone else has any questions comments or concerns, please let me know.

Thanks,

John B.

I've been trying to get info on the Charger, but have had no luck so far. I was checking out the strings here and saw your response, and immediately thought that if anyone can give me answers it would probably be you. I have yet to test drive an SRT-8 but fully suspect it will meet and exceed my expectations. I would like to know before buying one if there are "SRT" upgrades to the power that can be dealer or factory installed. I am thinking that I may want to have a supercharger put on. Other than that, are there any other upgrades that I will be able to have installed to increase power without voiding the warranty? Also, when will they be available in Canada?

Thanks
