Default Front driver side noises

I have this noise, actually two noises that sound like they are coming from my driver's side front wheel. The first noise and least annoying of the two sounds like loose washers jingling when I hit bumps at low speeds. The other I think is my brake caliper sticking. The only way I can think of to describe the noise is a steady "rrrrrrr". It's not metal on metal, it's not a squeeking, or a grinding, or a clicking noise. It only does this after letting off the brakes and turning left, or occasionally going straight. It never does this when letting off the brake and turning right. After you turn, or if it does it after stopping and going straight, it stops after you speed up some and won't do it again until you hit the brake and let off again. I'm just lost on this noise because I've had all 4 ball joints replaced, the driver side bearing, passenger side tie-rod,all back in December, and new brakes, rotors, and calipers less than two months ago. I love my truck, but after dropping over $2000 into it in the last 6 months I'm ready to give up. Any help would be great.
