My father-in-laws transmission went south and the technician claims it was due to a blockage in the radiator integrated transmission cooler. He wants $2,200 to fix it and I said thanks but no thanks. I am in Dallas and looking for a reasonable shop to perform the repairs or a place where I can get a rebuilt unit ready to install. I am new to the Dodge Forum and don't really know much about this tranny, Please HELP !

Check these guys out... http://www.apsprecision.com they will make a bullet proof tranny (if you want it bullet proof). They talk about all the problems with the dodge tranny on this website and what they do to fix them.
