whats the best exhast for the stealth? i was looking at the cherrybomb mostly becuase they sound so nice. what about the air filter? only 3 more months tell i get my stealth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know. There aren't many aftermarket exhausts really. A few here and there, never seen any personally so I don't know.
There is a resonator between the muffler and the cat and if it is removed you will get a mid RPM reverberation that sounds bad. A cherry bomb (or glass packs) don't sound near as good on a V6 compared to a V6 IMO.
