I was at the dealer today looking at some new Rams and he told me about a Stage III Turbocharger system for the SRT-4. He said it will have above 300HP but will not be street legal due to emission violations. I don't think being non-street legal is going to stop anybody from driving them if Chrysler does this.

No, I don't think it would even matter if they did tell them.
The Mopar Performance catalog even says,"The addition of performance parts does not by itself void a vehicles warranty. However, added performance parts(parts not originally supplied on the vehicle from the factory) are not covered by the vehicle's warranty, and any failure that they may cause is also not covered by the vehicles warranty." So there you have it, modify away, because they cannot void your warranty for it unless they can prove that your modifications are what causes any problems or failures, in which case your screwed if they can prove it to be because of the modifications.[sm=smiley23.gif][sm=smiley2.gif]
Probably not, because of the cost of the upgrade and the fact that it is now my daily driver.[sm=smiley19.gif] Now if I come across a decent daily beater for work and winter, then we will see.[sm=smiley15.gif][sm=smiley2.gif] I will be getting the K&N Typhoon CAI, 3" SS exhaust with high flow cat, oil catch can, MP blow off valve, MP stage 1 PCM, the MSD wires and MSD coil from my R/T. There are a few more that I cannot recall right now, but I will be happy with high 12's.[sm=smiley4.gif]

You should wait tell stage II comes out cuz there will be new pcm and injecters, if you have a '03 then whats the point of spending the $399 for stage I and then upgrade to stage II, which will replace all of that anyway.
