there was a shelby 500 at the BJAA this year that went very cheap because it was split pea green...

I am not a fan of the original gt500 or the split pea green color. It wasn't really a "Shelby" car. Ford owned the name and applied gratuitously to an overweight, under powered car with way to many non-functional hood scoops. Maybe it was the original "rice."

the one on the BJAA had a different front end, and had a very different back end. perhaps a different year? im honestly not sure...but it was pea green..and it was gross...it went very cheap, although it was i perfect condition,...the announcers did say that would it have been red, it would have gone for 3 or 4 times more.

This is the model I am referring too, a 1970. Looks to much like a wanna-be 'cuda. I did however like the 68's.
