I want to add some more power to my truck and was curious as to what were the best things to buy to do this. When it comes to this kind of stuff I'm clueless so all the help you can give me the better. Thanks!!

What engine, gears etc. do youy have? My most productive mods have been free flow exhaust and 360 kool shot intakz. I have a 2001 4X4 CC 4.7 w? 3.55's.

The engine is the 3.7L V-6. Gears I'll have to get back to you on becasue I am clueless when it comes to things of that nature.

You could get exhaust and headers, if you want to go all out buy a Supercharger!
