Do you think Dodge would fix the Charger if everyone sent them messages telling what we want, how big of a mistake it will be to release the car like it is, and how to fix it? I mean, they're dancing with the Devil when they slap the Charger nameplate on a just-above-mediocre sedan. Now, I wouldn't mind owning the car, but don't call it the Charger. And may I ask why they changed the concept from something that would make a truckdriver squeal with glee to a disappointing grocerymobile? I don't care if anybody else does it, but I'm going to send them a few paragraphs if I have to spoon my own leg off to get the adress. g/l! And now, I'm off to write my good friend, Dodge.

chrysler has received thousands of letters. they've already geared up and probably started production. too late to change anything anyway. deal with it.

The new Charger needs no Change. It is a phenomenal vehicle. Nothing else is as capable or revolutionary as the LX Platform in the price range, and with the SRT-8s soon to be out, there will be nothing to touch the performance.

Creed has already stated quite clearly that he knows better what the motoring public needs better than we do, and to hell with the enthusiasts of the original Charger and what they think. You aren't going to change anything with that kind of arrogance calling the shots.

The Charger is a name, the Charger has Changed drastically many times, the 66-67 looked nothing like a 68, so get over it..... The 72 looked nothing like a 69...... Nuff said.

Yeah, sure..... Mustang is just a name, Corvette is just a name, etc....... '74 didn't look like a '70, either. So what? That's supposed to excuse the misnomer placed on this, and Creed's superior arrogant attitude towards the enthusiasts that followed? I don't think so, slick. The fans of the '66 - '74 Chargers are insulted by this, they have every right to be, and Creed's dismissal of their criticism isn't gonna be 'gotten over' any time soon. Deal with that!

While the fate may be a little extreme, I agree that he needs to go..... preferably to Phurd or GM!!!

Yes Charger is just a name, a historic one. Why the criticism? Because Creed thought he could pull out the name game without the baggage. Wrong! If he did not want to build a charger thats fine, but don't call this ugly thing one either. The only way this car will change is if it flops. Because this will be the third flop for creed. First durango, second dakota, third charger. Hopefully its three strikes and you out for him! I think ford and gm are a little too smart to hire this moron teewjay! Joe
