Default I need help with an elecrical problem!

What makes the headlights come on, stay on, and run down the battery, when ignition is off, headlight switch is off, and truck is locked?
What is the likley cause of door locks not working either with the remote or at the door switch?
What causes the "security" and "service 4-wheel drive" dash indicator lights to come on when engine is running and voltmeter is normal? The "security" dash indicator light stays on even when ignition is off and truck is locked and it doesn't blink either fast or slow.

might want to get that checked out by a local mechanic/dodge dealer.

The Central Timer Module (CTM) handles all those functions.
It's a small electronic module behind the driver's side kick panel, that requires special, i.e. expensive, tool (DRB III scan tool) at a Dodge service department to troubleshoot.
Probably not cheap to replace, either, but if you have any warranty left, now's the time to use it.
