Default High Idle Problem

Hi!!! I have an Intrepid 96, 3.5L. Few days ago it start to have Idle problems. It start ok, runs with no problems, but after 30 or 35 min the RPM's goes up to 2000-3000 in park mode. The RPM's begins to drop down very slowly, but if you goes to the road again, the problems starts over. No Check Engines goes on. I put off the fuse for Engine controller, but it solves the problem fou only hours. Then the problem start again. Any suggestions? It could be the transmission? I clean up the motor AIS few day ago, and change the TPS sensor. Both looks ok. Thanks for the help.
