Default stalling

My 99 3.9 lately when you come to a stop and put it in park the rpm's take a serious dip, and then usually come back up to idle. They drop so much it sounds like it's going to stall, and yesterday it did actually stall on me twice. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Default RE: stalling

Try cleaning your throttle body (if it's dirty). The idle air passage may be blocked. Remove the throttle body and the idle air control motor when/if you clean it. Probably will need a new base gasket. Just a possibility. Good luck!
