In case I need a new set of heads, what are the best sources? Should I go with Mopar R/Ts, aftermarket, etc?

as cheesy as it sounds, you can search ebay also for a set, depending if you want to go back to stock, or aftermarket. I recently got a set of cast replacements on ebay for $525 shipped, and have had great luck with them.

The Hughes Iron Rams 1.92s out flow the rt 2.02s out of the box and are even better ported, good value
