Default Fuel filter

i got a weird setup on my dakota i have the 2.5l tbi and my truck is a 95 but on my vin tag on door it says it was made 1/95 but that would make it a 94 but i go to get a fuel filter and there isnt one for 94 or 95 you have to replace whole unit but then i go to find out my 95 has the fuel feed setup of a 93 with the inline filter so idk wat this is all about

the '95's filter is an integral part of the fuel pump, same on the '94 and '96, '93 and earlierhad an external, changeable, filter
