Default Bucking Daytona

I have an automatic Daytona that bucks in town like a manual out of gear. It doesn't seem to do it on the highway. It had a replacement computer in it from a junk yard, so I thought maybe the computer was from a manual. I sent the computer off to make sure it was for an automatic. I thought that I had it figured out, but $200 later, it didn't fix it. What else should I be looking at?
