Default rearend is broke?????

ok so I took off the cover, and one of the spider gears is broke inside my LSD, I don't think this was caused by the load I was pulling, I think it was caused because inorder to install the 4.88's I had to grind the pin, this flat spot on the pin put excessive force on the spider gears, I emailed yukon to ask them what to do. I would like to buy a detroit locker, but cannot swing 600 dollars. I literally have no money to spend, because I'm trying to get that F750 I've been talking about in the other thread.

Aren't lockers not recommended for towing?

right, but they don't break like this would. But like I said, I would like to just fix this LSD, but I think that the pin being flat on one side, will continue to break the spiders
