Not a bad deal. It went in pretty easy and with a length of test pipe from Autozone, I was in business. One draw back right off of the bat, however. I blew all of the fiberglass out of my 3A Racing muffler. Its rather ricey sounding right now, but with a better muffler I think it will tone it down a little. Now its what to do with the annoying rear main seal leak that is annoying me. That is a real pain in the ass to get to.
So, for the recap, installed Mopar Performance PCM, underdrive pulley, MSD Blaster coil, ultra low resistance wires and NGK Iridium plugs, and Kirk long racing header. From about 3500 rpms to 5500 rpms (dont like spinning it much fater than that) it really takes off. Its pretty quick in general, but have yet to prove it against anybody. We shall see.....

im about to order one of those...how was the power gain...i got port and polished head and intake crower cams moper pcm prothane motor mounts cai crower springs and retainers and upgraded pt valvetrain...how you think me gains will b.....ohh also have 2.5 piping and a turbo dynomax muffler which sounds great

You should be sitting pretty with those upgrades and the header will only compliment them. Like I said, the real power gain from the header was in the upper rpms and it really comes alive around 3500. I dont have any experience with the dynomax mufflers, but as long as they can handle the pressure they should do fine. Dont rely on the 3A Racing mufflers to do the job. I dont think that there is any fiberglass left in mine.

He has a SOHC you have a DOHC compairing apples to oranges here...

However, You will gain alot uptop at the sacrifice of down low power. You will be able to make power alot higher in the rpm range as well... Expecually if you have a 3.94 transmission... Remember anything that will help the car breath will help you out tremndously... Your next step would be to get a box manifold and 55mm tb... due to your exhaust side is good, but your intake is now breathing like an asmatic child.

curious i have heard dont go to 60mm unless your turbo and 52mm come of auto neons...where would you find a 55mm tb

Uhh, I DO have a SOHC. So, its not apples and oranges. But, you are right with the need for a larger tb and a better intake manifold. Who makes a decent intake that works without a buch of mods like the Indy?

an amm intake manifold, crane 18's, and a larger TBare the next things i want to get for my N/A DD. i just have a heddman header, but its to straight piping and a magnaflow resonator. along with some other goodies.

u can get 55mm TB's from ebay. know that at least. i think af/x (howell) use to make them. they'll bore your TB out if you send it to them.
