Default AC problem

i have a 96 dodge ram 1500 4x4, i have ac but its not blowing at its full potential, to get a good cool in the car i need to have it on fan 3, when its on 1 or 2 i really dont feel anything, any 1 had anything similar? any ideas why its not blowing good >??

resistor usually if you have speeds but not all of them...

Iwould also say it's the blower motor "final stage" resistor, they are the controller for fan speed.
