ROTM RULES:


Format
A member's vehicle is nominated by a fellow member.
Another member will second the nomination.
Once the nomination has been seconded the nominee may accept at anytime, however they will be given a 24hr grace period to do so. During the 24hr grace period they will be considered as "accepted", and will fill one of the three spots open for voting in their class. If they do not accept during the 24hr grace period their acceptance will be discarded,allowing the next nominee in order (who has accepted)to fill that spot for voting.If a nominee fails to accept within the grace period they do not have to be nominated again, the nomination still stands.
After a member has accepted their nomination they may PM the ROTM moderator (Jr. Mechanic) a picture of their vehicle for voting purposes, otherwise a picture will be chosen for them out of their gallery. Feel free to request a picture from your gallery,to be used for voting at anytime, even after voting has began.


Rules

To nominate/vote for someone's vehicle, you must:

1. Be a current and active DF member, with at least five posts in last 60 days, with one being within the current month.
2. Have been a DF member for a minimum of 60 days.
3. have a post count of at least 30.
4. To have your vehicle nominated, you must:

6. Have been a DF member for a minimum of 60 days.
7. Have a post count of at least 30.
8. Have a gallery with at least one photo of the vehicle being nominated.
9. You cannot win COTM or TOTM two months in a row, or twice within the same year,with the same vehicle.
10. You cannot nominate yourself.
11. The first three nominees to accept "legally" in both COTM and TOTM will move on to voting, no exceptions.

Any posts that are not ROTM related will be removed.


Schedule
Nominations will be opened on the 5th of the month.
Nominations will be closed once there have been three acceptances for TOTM and COTM or after one week, which ever comes first.
Voting will be opened as soon as the nominations have been closed.
Voting will be closed on the last day of the month.
Winners will be announced on the 1st of the month in the voting thread and will also be notified via PM with further directions.


Classification
TOTM (truck of the month) is open to all current and past Dodge, Chrysler, Plymouth, and Jeep trucks, suv's, mini vans, and full size vans.
COTM (car of the month) is open to all current and past Dodge, Chrysler, and Plymouth coupes, sedans, convertibles, and station wagons.
