Default body damage

Hi all. I have a bit of body damage on my 99 dakota club cab. I had the dents popped out and smoothed, but I still need to get it repainted. There are 4 big patches of bondo, 2 on each side. one on the right side front panel, one on the right side door, one on the left side bed, and one on the left cab. my question is, should i get the entire truck painted, or is it usually cheaper to just get the bondo'd parts painted? whats the best way to cover big patches of bondo, like 1 foot diameter?
