my buddy has a 99 CTD and me an him like to have a little fun on I25 here in colorado. his truck can't really do anything above 110-115ish and so i always win (highest i got up to is about 125). but man there is nothing like the thrill of going triple digit speeds at 1AM. P.S. great story user...

i dont know about yours, but mine has starter kill,

basically when the engine in running and you turn the key forward it wont try to start again and make that nasty grinding sound, on mine i could hold the key forward and it it bypass the governor, i dont recommend this since you loose all your power in the truck as in your speedos and gauges and other ****. I was so worried about trying it then i did it and it worked..
