hey guys i got my selft a new truck andi want to make it lowder faster what should i do. i was told that for better sound i could cut off the muffler and put a tip on it, shoud i is it worth it? as you can tell i dont know muchwhich is why im asking for help so what do i do. i also have a turbo sitting in my garage, but it came from a mercedes turbo diesel car, would thins be any better than the stock one. just looking for i deas on were to start or how.

stock turbo can go up to 40 psi but in opinion stay below 35 psi for safety.
its better if u do exhaust first then cold air intake then programmer (smarty with edge).
well biggest question is, is it a 98 or 98.5, if its the 98.5 then a programmer will work. If its not then there's some mech things you can do but I'm not the one to ask about that.
If it's a 98 (12v engine) check into propane injection. I've heard they respond very well.
As far as cutting out the muffler and adding a tip, it'll be louder- don't know about better.
The turbo from the car will be way undersized for this engine, so leave it in the garage.

hehehehe..... so the main diff between the 98's and the 98.5's is the98s are 12v and the 98.5s are 24v correct? that, among many other things,would be something i didnt know....
