i was lookin around for a decent cheap HID Conversion Kit and found these: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Parts...em350072136494&

is the price a course for concern??
anyone know of any good kits at a decent price or should i just buck up and dish out a couple hundred for a kit?

The price is a huge concern ... Those have to be junk ... It says 2 year warranty but I doubt they'll be around 2 months ....
Those remind me of another ebay purchased set the guy in my car club got The blew up in a month , they said send them back for replacement , they recieved them then said it was water in the ballasts they are not responsible ...
I got mine from Oznium and he quit selling them do to troubles getting warranty replacements...

Not trying to get off topic here, but is this for all of the U.S.? I've never heard of such a law til now.

Well I'm not sure it's a law officially, but I know people who have been pulled over for them becuase the blind on coming traffic very badly. They scatter light where there shouldn't be.

if I recall correctly, it is now a DOT ruling that HID bulbs may no longer be installed in housing not originally equiptted with them... its worded funny too..
