Default Re-attaching Overhead Console On B2500 Conversion Van?

Hey guys, I have a 94' B2500 Continental Conversion Van and recently I was driving on a rough road and my overhead console that has all the switches for the rear interior lights, TV, and AUX fell off the roof and was just hanging by the wires. It attaches with 4 screws that go into the ceiling but now the holes are all stripped out. The screws seem to be permanent in the console. Any ideas on how to remount it? Thanks

We need to know what kind of material the screws screwed into and do you have access to the back of the screw holes. A picture or two of the screw holeswould go a long way in helping.
