Default How much larger of a tire will fit?

I have an 05 dak 4x4 QC. I am going to have to buy tires before winter, I am looking at my options and wondering if I can fit a larger tire on the stock suspension. I currently have the stock 265/70R16 good years from chrysler.

I've got the 17 inchers.....I've seen some guyz on here go with the 20's, but heard they rub on the inside of the wheel wells and the mud flaps....so I would go in between the 17 and 20, but not any bigger without putting some body mods (lift kit, etc) on the truck.

Ive been running 265/75 r-16. I have the ST model that comes with 16 inch wheels and 245/70 good years. They rubbed when i was at full turn, and the suspension bounced. Like pulling into a driveway thats uneven with the road. But other then that they are good. Right now I have a leveling kit installed and they dont rub.Im getting that removed, and sticking with the 265/75s. I personally would just stick with the size you have. Not sure what you gain in side but im sure its no more then an inch of tire radius from 265/70 to 265/75.&lt\\;br&gt\\;&lt\\;br&gt\\;

I am running 265 75 16 mud terrains, I do get a bit of rubbing when off road. I also rub just a hair when braking and turning.
