Default A NICE DAY...

It turned out to be a nice day yesterday. So I decided to wash and wax the truck and then install a couple accessories I have gotten (Deluxe Splash Guards and the Tail Light Covers). I took some pictures yesterday and today of everything, let me know what ya guys think!

hmm... I think the tails would look sick if they were painted to match the truck... But they look good. Where'd ya find the splash guards?

Looks good, I agree on the tail covers, I've got a couple of surprises too but mine's not out of the body shop yet so they'll have to wait

Eric those splashguards are mopar parts, you can get them from a dealer or anywhere else that carries mopar.

Did you have to drill holes to get the rear splash gaurds to fit and if so did you have to treat the area to stop rust?

I would recommend automotivetouchup.com or paintworldinc.com to you guys who send out your small parts to get painted...

A can of color matched spray paint is like 12 bucks, and an OEM clear is another 10... I did my entire scoop, and a few scratches with 1 can (not even a full can actually) and the color match is perfect...

it would probably cost as much to have a part painted as a can of the stuff, and you can do multiple parts with a can...

just thought I would tos that out there...

Nope, they just stick on with some 3m Tape, 2 strips if it which are already installed on them when ya get them. Takes about 5 minutes to put em on nothing to extensive

i like the splash guards a lot. I think the light covers would look better color matched, like everyone says...but they do look better than stock.

did you get your truck at CVM? (no reason for asking, just curious about what you thought of them, if you got it there)

The splash guards? Do you mean the rear mudflaps? They dont go on with double sided tape, they come with screws...?
