Dak of the month...

So I have been tossing around this idea for a week or so...

Since a RAM always wins TOTM, why dont we do a Dak of the month in the main dakota section?

There are a ton of great dakotas on this site, and I think we could get a pretty good turn out as far as votes go.

It wouldn't be anything official as far as dodgeforum is concerned, but it is a way to show off the awesome dakotas on this forum and give some props for nice rides...

What do you all think?

im not so sure about it. how many active dakota members are there? there are 10x the amount of ram members, i can understand that, but us? come on. i dont think there is enough to keep it real interesting for a long time. but maybe there are a lot more 2nd and 1st gen dak members than i am aware of?

Good idea. Ram guys always gang up on us, so let's do our own because we are cooler than them.

The Gen 2 crowd has a pretty good following. Not so much for my Gen 1 section. But we still have a few pretty cool rides - Crazy4x4RT has done a lot of work to his Gen 1, and Bad96_3.9 just did a V8 swap.

Yeah there are some pretty cool Gen Is around here. The Gen I still remains my favorite Dakota.

Yea, I love my Gen 1. Now I just wish the transfer case didn't **** out! I miss it

I agree...give it a go. That sounds like an awesome idea....there's a lot of really nice Dak's out there that really deserve some credit!
