my wifes van carpet needs cleaning bad in places and i have used some cleaner called tuff stuff but it has not done that good of a job.it is matted in places around the door sills and the edge of the seats on the floor.also in the middle of the console is a vent on the floor and it has melted canyons in 4 spots.what will clean this.i have a steam cleaner(wifes-no instructions)but i dont know how to use it.any info will help thanks
