Default noise in front end

well for the last few weeks i have been noticing noise comming from the front end of my car. there is pretty much none when driving straight, but when i slow down and turn a corner or drive into a driveway or back out, there is a thumping or banging sound comming from the front end. sounds as if something is loose. when i'm driving down the road there really isn't any noise unless i'm going really slow. i've got it booked into dodge but i was wondering if anyone else had any front end issues.. my car doens't even have 20,000 kms on it yet. i went camping on the weekend and drove down some fairly bumpy gravel roads and when i turned down different roads, the thumping noise was fairly loud on the bumpy roads. kinda sounds like some of our work trucks that have over 250,000 kms on them.. so it doesn't sound right
