your new manifold is prob allowing more intake air and your decat is not providing enough back pressure for the 02 sensor to register stoich or lean. you will only get a cel when somthing with emis control is wrong with the vehicle. save the planet put on a cat and the cel should disapear

with the key in the ignition in the off position you want to turn it on off on off on (not starting the car just turning it on) and on the third on position it will give you any codes you have followed by "done" write those codes down and tell us or just look up the code in one of the stickies
