ok i was wonderin if i was to to get a 2.0 dohc wat parts can i use from my sohc motor

ur best bet is to just do a complete swap. u can use ur pistons but ull get a lower compression ratio (9.3:1). the blocks are pretty much the same, you can put just a DOHC cylinder head on ur car, you just need the appropriate timing components. honestly ur probably better off to just get some performance parts for your SOHC, unless you want to put some extra money in the engine down the road. if u are set on changing to a DOHC - u might as well go for it and do a 2.4 swap. you will actually feel a difference there. read the stickys uptop for more info on neon engine swaps.

You need more than timing components when going from sohc to dohc. The appropriate intake and exhaust manifolds, wiring adjustments, the correct pcm, and the valve train components. Not hard, but a decent challenge well worth the reward. So long as your neon is not a atx, you will certainly notice a difference in overall power. A tranmission upgrade may be in order as well.
