not with tire alignment it doesn't. the trackbars sole purpose in life is to keep the axle itself located underneath the truck. it keeps the axle from rotating front to back and side to side. it is a necessary component with the style of front suspension under these trucks. tire alignment is controlled thru the tie rod.
