tire sizes for lowered d100? - 5/9/2008 12:42:51 PM    turbododgepirate Posts: 126 Joined: 2/4/2008 Status: offline Okay, From what I am reading the stock wheel is a 15X6.5, I hope eventually to buy a 15X8 wheel. For now, what is the widest tire I can put on a 15X6.5 and the 15X8? I know a 225/50-15 will fit a 6.5 rim, but I think it might be a little TOO low profile. I am lowering the truck 4"/6", and I don't mind more sidewall height, actually, I like it. Status: offline Right now the tires on my truck are 235/55/16,when I get my wheels widened or replaced I want to go with 295/50/16 in the rear and eventually 245/50/16 on front.
