Just Heads UP - 5/9/2008 5:09:24 AM    marv02 Posts: 536 Joined: 7/30/2006 Status: offline My 3.7 has been in the shop #1 for a bad A/C air deverter door in the dash broke that was fixed in 3 hours #2 I had a rattle in the motor from day one I purchased this truck new and every time it went in to the dealer they never could find the noise but this time it made the noise the mechanic was also puzzled about the noise or the rattle. They keep the truck over night it ended up beening a warped exhaust manafold they had to order one they will fix it next week. I have 3000 miles left on the warranty sure glad they found the rattle noise this manafold would of cost some big bucks to replace.
