91 Dak A/C - 5/6/2008 4:43:33 PM    dlwurscher   Posts: 1 Joined: 12/12/2007 Status: offline I recently brought a 1991 Dakota, however the A/C does not work, and I was told it will have to be converted to the new Freon, is this true?  Thanks for your help Post #: 1

The r12 is no longer used. Autozone sells kits to convert it over. Around 30 or so. Just a few adabters and install the freeon.
