The D comes with a 7 wire harness with the tow package only.

If you look under the drivers side frame by the spare tire there should be a 4 or 6 wire installed. Use this and install a plug onto your D. You will need to hard wire. Your owners Manual should give you instructions.  There should only be the regular wiring consitering the truck was regular and not tow ready.

BTW<------Check close for the wires. Sometimes their hard to find.

Not that I know of. I think you need to get under there and see what you got.

From there you can get what you need.
