So ... Gas is 3.60 a gallon :( I know my truck wasnt designed to be fuel efficient.

I have been reading about a few computer modders that claim the will make the truck more fuel effecient varying from 7 to 10%..Has anyone tried one .. do they work? are they worth the $.. Lastly will they hurt my vehicle
