alright, i really need your help on this one guys...i got a new clutch put in on saturday and it runs great and everything but the only thing is 1st gear engagement. i can't hold it at the clutch point for ****, as soon as i come off and try to give it a little gas it is ready to cut off..is this normal since it's new or what? this has had me in small situations such as on a hill not being able to hold the clutch there.

Clutch cable is my guess on that.

now i hear a flapping sound coming from the transmission when it's not engaged..like while sitting at a light, it's rather distinct and well heard..sorta like a card stuck in bicycle spokes?

alright, i have a better explanation now..the clutch/friction point is too high and im told from my mechanic who did it might be the slave cyclinder. he isn't totally familiar with dodge but he did put in the clutch perfectly..the only thing is figuring out if we need to put in a new slave cyclinder or how to bleed/readjust the old one.

i bled the slave cylinder, and it helped some but didn't entirely fix the issue so im go head and replace both the master and slave cylinders. :(
