RE: turbo kit - 5/5/2008 1:44:01 PM    Bad96_3.9 Posts: 434 Joined: 5/8/2006 From: Crawfordville, FL Status: offline i have been looking into those too, i thing you could probably run low boost on a stock 318 for a little while, any higher than 6psi i would probably do a bottem end rebuild with some new pistons to lower the compression some, it is a little high for turbos at 9.1. thought it would be cool to mount them in the front of the bed under my toolbox so dirt and stuff would not get to them but they could still get air. but i have to pay off my $2000 transmission and $1800 engine swap first!!! _____________________________ 1996 Dakota Club Cab 2wd SLT Spray in Bed Liner Custom Racing Stripes 3.9 to 5.2 Conversion!!!
