Is it possible to find a nice Dodge Magnum for 10-12k, RT model?

I have seen some going for $12.9k to 21k. (mostly $14.9k to 18k with 45-75k miles)

I appreciate any thoughts....if its not possible, i can wait until next year for a better valued price on 2005 models.

also, is there a direct supplier for carpet replacement on a 2005 Dodge Magnum? I might have found a nice Dodge magnum, but the carpet and headliner might need to be replaced because of smoke smell, stains and burns.
