The Tornado is a turbine shaped insert that is installed into the air intake. In theory it's supposed to atomize the fuel into the intake air resulting in both mileage and horsepower improvement. If you think about this a little bit then you will conclude its nothing but snake oil. Our cars have injectors and they spray relatively close to the valves, which would render something that spins the air at the intake like the tornado useless. That guy would also sell you a gas magnet and electric super charger

Almost everyone starts their modding with a cold air intake (CAI). You can't go wrong with one.
