Yep. Over the years I have multiple "fabbed" set ups on various cars. I usually try to buy cars that have factory induction, but like your Charger, some cars never had that option. My closest example would be what I did on my 68 GTX many years ago (though I have since added a six pack set up). When it was a 4 brl, I added a '70 era dual snorkel air cleaner, then ran flexible plastic tubing to each side of the radiator framing. There are some areas of that brace that can be removed to allow cold air from the grille in. It worked ok, though the clamps would come lose occassionally. Biggest thing, I would not do anything that you cannot "undo" (my own opinion). I've also seen over the years some guys run the tubes through the high beam headlight holes, but I think that requires some cutting and would not work w/ Charger if concealed headlights.
