I have a 1991 Stealth. Can anyone tell me what the Dummy light on the bottom right of the dash is for? It started coming on occasionally. It kinda looks like a radiator but my water is fine.

Yeah, that light fools everyone. That's your windshield washer fluid indicator. If you have enough washer fluid, it's probably the sensor.
