Default Misfiring code?

truck threw a code,

P0307-cylinder 7 misfire detected

Can anybody give me some advice? i figure its time to give the engine a tune up? i didnt hear anything and the truck was driving fine..thanks everyone

yah. first thing i would do is just throw in a set of plugs and go from there, cheap and easy.

yeah,t hats what im gonna do first. i was planning on doing plugs, wires, PCV valve and filter within the next week before it threw the code.

i would go ahead and throw a distributor cap and rotor buttonon it while you are changing everything, that can help alot too. get one with brass terminals, they are better than aluminum ones.

May want to spend a little extra and get a GOOD set of wires. If not you may end up with some electronic noise you don't want.

yes !. You may want to check the egr valve, the breeder, check the radiator fluid for discoloration and replace if necessary, check your air filter, watch the air houses from the throttle body, and look for any soft houses caring radiator fluid.Also to see if your engine dos trou any code at you.
