Yeah.......sorry bud, but I dont like it either. Too much "snap, crackle, pop" if you ask me....but that's what is good about exhaust....everyone has a different idea of what sounds good. If you like it, that's all that matters, right?

I bet if you re-installed the catalytic converter(s), it would mellow right out.

if i reinstall the cat then th etruck will be laggy as hell...thats the reason i took it off...i have a super 40 flowmaster im gonna install. i just bought the camera and i havent quite figured it out yet so the sound could be a lil better just give me time...im my town the more it cakkles the better adn mine owns everything out there...anyways it was jsut a quick vid and alot of time and palnning wasnt inviolved

I don't think it sounds too bad but it does cackle quite a bit. I'd like to hear a clip of you driving away from the camera at about half throttle. I think it would give a better idea of how it sounds going down the road verses just revving the engine in park.

Yea load on the engine really makes a difference to exhaust. I also think the camera was too close to get a good idea of what it sounds like, or it was too windy... I would try the drive by, and post another.

Yea, when I went to go get it done I told em that I didnt want it too high of a snap crackle and pop, I wanted a deeper tone to it not to high pitched. He knew what I was talking about and tossed the 40 series on there and I love it. I sounds awesome everyday, I'm glad I did it.
