I have a Dodge Durango 2001 that has its 'Check 4WD' light come on at random times. When it is hot, it seems to come on more often. One of the dealerships recommended that I check the Transfer Case fluid. I looked in the owners manual, but it only mentions about checking the fluid, filling as needed, etc. However, it does not mention where the Transfer Case is, how to check its fluid and how to add it if needed. No, I am not the most mechanically inclined on things like this. I am looking for a better description, pictures or a graphic of where this is located at, how to perform all this, etc. Thank you!

1rst. Stop by a local auto store (Autozone/advancedauto/etc/etc) and get a manual :o) T-case is right behind the transmission, and honestly (Not meant to offend) but have you thought of having someone else do it for you? Heres some pics on the forum, should be very similiar. http://www.dodgeforum.com/m_967317/tm.htm
